As part of our Garden State Dinner Series, Beach Plum Farm proudly welcomes Salt + Clover Sheep Farm, a South Jersey sheep dairy rooted in tradition and carried forward under the stewardship of the Powell family. Their work reflects both the heritage and evolving future of New Jersey agriculture, with a focus on raising East Friesian dairy sheep and producing rich, nutrient-dense sheep’s milk products.

In support of the next generation of growers, a portion of the proceeds from this dinner will be donated to our local 4-H Club, helping inspire the youth of Cape May to learn about and engage in local farming practices. Investing in young farmers today ensures that the agricultural traditions of our region continue to thrive tomorrow.
