Fire & Harvest Dinner with Chef Dave Conn

Inspired by our Golden Hour Harvest Dinner series, Fire & Harvest is a one-night-only gathering celebrating the height of the fall harvest, open-fire cooking, and the connection between the farm and the table.

Located in Philadelphia’s Italian Market, Alice is an intimate seasonal American restaurant known for a menu that changes regularly based on local ingredients and for its use of a charcoal oven. Chef and owner Dave Conn brings that approach to Beach Plum Farm, working alongside Chef Gus Zimmerman to create a menu guided by what is being harvested from the farm in late October.

Together, Chefs Conn and Zimmerman will showcase produce harvested from Beach Plum Farm’s fields alongside the farm’s heritage pork. Fire, smoke, and the flavors of the fall harvest will shape a multi-course dinner that brings together both chefs’ cooking styles while keeping the farm at the heart of the experience.
