Join us on the Congress Hall Beach and find balance with guided routines for all levels.

Connect mind, body and soul as you ground yourself in the cool sand beneath your feet. Our instructors will guide you through the perfect routine for all experience levels. 

Event Details

  • To join us for Beach Yoga, please meet us on the Congress  Hall Beach.
  • Yoga sessions are included in your stay as a Cape Resorts guest. 
  • $20 per class for non-guests. Classes can be purchased from your instructor on the morning of the session. 
  • Beach Yoga classes are weather permitting.
