Our Executive Chef since 2017, Jason has helped shape The Ebbitt Room into a best-in-class culinary destination, celebrated for its creativity and depth of flavor. His passion for Japanese cuisine runs deep - Last year, we debuted our first-ever Taste of Japan dinner, inspired by the traditions, techniques, and artistry Jason brought back with him. In 2026, we are proud to present Taste of Japan: Homecoming—a return to the roots of this now-beloved culinary series and a reflection of Jason’s continued journey.
