The Gray Cottage

Originally built as the guest house to the neighboring Red Cottage, this private residence offers a distinctive layout designed to make the most of its coastal setting. The bedrooms are tucked away on the first floor, while the main living spaces occupy the second floor, an "upside-down" floorplan that maximizes views of the Atlantic Ocean and Beach Avenue from the areas where guests spend the most time. Just steps from the beach, the cottage features spacious living areas, a full kitchen, private outdoor space, and all the comforts of a private seaside home. The Gray Cottage requires access to the second floor via stairs, and has no elevator access. Continental breakfast is not available with stays due to the cottage having a full kitchen.
