To join us for Beach Yoga, please meet us on the Congress Hall Beach.
Yoga sessions are included in your stay as a Cape Resorts guest.
$25 per class for non-guests. Classes can be purchased from your instructor on the morning of the session.
Beach Yoga classes are weather permitting.
