at the Ebbitt Room

The Ebbitt Room is excited to announce its fall series of wine dinners. Over the course of these exciting evenings, we will explore world renowned producers accompanied by chef Jason Hanin’s award-winning cuisine. These intimate dinners will be hosted in our exquisite Richmond private dining room, and will be lead by Cape Resorts’ company Sommelier Chris John and representatives from each winery.

Please note that a limited number of seats are available for these exciting evenings at the Ebbitt Room.

Thursday, September 21:

Vincent Giradin

Our first dinner will explore the wines of Maison Vincent Girardin. Located in the iconic village of Meursault, Maison Giradin sources grapes from many of the most iconic vineyards in the Cote d’Or. Their wine making philosophy is simple: quality begins and ends in the vineyard and vinification should be as minimal as possible to accentuate terroir. Please join us for this masterclass of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir transparency.
