YOGA AT THE FARM

at Beach Plum Farm

Connect mind, body and soul with a yoga session at Beach Plum Farm. Our skilled instructors will guide you through a relaxing routine for all skill levels

Yoga sessions are included in your stay as a Cape Resorts Guest. $15 per class for non-guests. Classes can be purchased from your instructor on the morning of the session.
Farm Yoga classes are weather permitting.

Beach Plum Farm Guided Tour

Join our farmer for an in-depth hour long walking tour of Beach Plum Farm. We will start in the kitchen garden and wrap our way through the history of our farm and of our land. We will also visit the animals and talk about our agricultural practices. Age 12 and under are free.

To join us for Beach Yoga, please meet us at the Congress Hall Beach.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am-6:00pm

The Congress Hall Bike Shop is your one-stop resource for rentals of singles, doubles, and children's bicycles, as well as whole-family surreys and all the supplies you'll need for a day of pedaling around town. Now renting electric bikes!

Please note that Bike Shop hours are weather dependent. The Last the short term rental (1 hour surrey, 1.5 hour bikes) goes out 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing.
