Congress Hall is currently searching for additions to this year's Winter Wonderland Vendor Village. In addition to many advantages, approved vendors enjoy brand exposure to over 40,000 visitors over 24 days, a designated booth within Winter Wonderland, and special access to Winter Wonderland amenities.
Winter Wonderland is Congress Hall's holiday season celebration that kicks off the Friday after Thanksgiving and runs until January 1st. Most activities and events take place weekly from Thursday through Sunday, and include Breakfast with Santa, unique holiday dining in the Ballroom, a holiday shopping village, children's crafts and activities, story time with Mrs. Claus, and an annual tree lighting event that draws high overnight occupancy and local interest.
November 28 through December 14: Open Thursdays through Sundays
December 18 through December 31: Open Daily
Our Vendor Village offers an eclectic alley of artists, merchandisers, taste-makers and trend setters. As a Vendor, all you need to do is show up-we'll take care of the rest.

Parking on property at Congress Hall is not permitted, however, Congress Hall's lower lot on Beach Ave will be available on designated load in dates, 30 minutes prior to opening and 30 minutes after closing each day the village is open. Parking is only permitted while actively unloading merchandise and must be moved when load-in is complete. A parking pass will be provided, if your parking pass is not displayed your vehicle may be towed.
Your parking pass also allows you to park at the Rusty Nail while the Vendor Village is open.
The village will be open to vendors for restocking 30 minutes prior to and preceding opening hours.
Yes. One vendor will need to be the main point of contact when applying for a space in vendor village. The main vendor will be responsible for sourcing and managing the relationship with a secondary vendor. You will be asked to identify your secondary vendor in the application process.
Yes. Your booth doors will be locked every evening upon departure and open upon your arrival 30 minutes prior to the village opening by designated Congress Hall security. Additionally, we have patrolling managers during the “off- hours” of the village. Approved Vendors will need to submit a Certificate of Liability with their application. We ask each vendor take their own precautions against theft/damage. Cape Resorts will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Yes. 16'x20' spaces are available for a discounted seasonal rate of $4,600 ($400 savings!) with all the inclusions identified as well as an extra parking pass, 20% food & beverage credential and +10 complimentary ride tickets for family and friends (25 tickets total).
