Start your day by connecting to the rising sun and harnessing its energy to awaken and invigorate the body.

This early rise class is a combination of meditation and movement, good for all levels. Sun Salutations will awaken and invigorate the body, while morning meditation brings focus and ease into the day ahead.

To join us for Rise with the Sun Yoga, please meet us on the Congress Hall Beach.
Yoga sessions are included in your stay as a Cape Resorts guest.
$25 per class for non-guests. Classes can be purchased from your instructor on the morning of the session.
