As a farm-to-dining restaurant, we proudly feature free-range eggs and fresh herbs, vegetables and pork from our very own Beach Plum Farm located in Cape May. Try the Maine Lobster Caesar salad, a house favorite, followed by a surf and turf Steak and Cake featuring a petite filet mignon, a Jonah crab cake, duchess potato, carrots and a pink peppercorn sauce. Kenneth Richardson

An alumnus of New York’s famed High School of the Performing Arts, Ken Richardson studied at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. He has worked and/or toured with esteemed company like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Dionne Warwick, Kenny Rogers, Keith Sweat, Babyface, Gerald Levert, Eddie Levert, GQ, Queen Latifah, Natalie Cole, Bruno Mars, and Stevie Wonder.
Ken has been inspired by various styles of music and can play them all. You can count on hearing songs by Billy Joel and Elton John, Elvis, James Taylor, as well as The Eagles, Sinatra, and the best of Motown.

We are pleased to honor the Ebbitt Room's Executive Chef Jason Hanin as one of Edible Jersey's six 2019 Local Heroes in the 'Restaurant' category. Edible Jersey's Local Heroes Award seeks to celebrate the brightest stars in local food and drink. Chef Jason was selected by readers of Edible Jersey from a field of hundreds of nominees.
Since becoming Executive Chef of the Ebbitt Room two years ago, Chef Jason has utilized fresh ingredients from Beach Plum Farm to explore creative menu choices and has made a mark on the restaurant through his talent, direction, and dedication to his craft. “There is a lot of love, thought, and care that goes into the food.”
