This June, Chef Zaitoun highlights the flavors of the coast with a multi-course Seafood Table Dinner on the Congress Hall Veranda.

An homage to the sea, this midsummer evening celebrates the bounty of the coast in an elegant, multi-course Seafood Table experience. Curated by Chef Zaitoun, each course highlights seasonal seafood prepared with and presented with intention, allowing the flavors to speak for themselves. Gather on the Veranda for a relaxed yet refined dinner that captures the essence of summer by the shore.
