Set out on a guided expedition of Beach Plum Farm's Woodland Marsh Trail and adjoining forests, searching for edible mushrooms, berries and spices—with guided instruction all the way. Upon your return, you'll survey your findings, consulting our Farm Team on textures and flavor profiles. Afterwards, we’ll properly store and cleanse your findings to incorporate in a tailored Farm-to-Table Dinner menu, created with your ingredients as the highlight.
