Executive Chef Todd Ruiz has crafted a rotating menu that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients and East End flavors. Each week features a new theme—think late-summer seafood boils, wood-fired harvest dinners, and rustic roasts—served family-style with thoughtful pairings and warm hospitality.
