Gather on The Terrace at a long communal table overlooking the sparkling waters of Peconic Bay. Throughout the evening, vineyard representatives will share insider stories while Executive Chef Todd Ruiz presents a multi-course menu thoughtfully paired to highlight the elegance of New York State’s premier red wine.

Established in 1983 on Long Island’s North Fork, Paumanok is a family-owned estate that produces wines reflecting the maritime climate and gravelly soils of the region. Winemaker Kareem Massoud continues his parents' legacy by blending innovation with tradition to create expressive Cabernet Franc and other varietals.

A leader on the North Fork since 1995, Macari Vineyards is known for its dedication to its acclaimed composting program and regenerative farming practices. Under the winemaking leadership of Byron Elmendorf and the Macari family, the winery has gained a reputation for producing vibrant, terroir-driven Cabernet Franc that reflects the character of coastal Long Island.

Founded in 1988 in Sagaponack, Wölffer Estate is one of Long Island’s most renowned wineries, recognized for its sustainable farming practices and elegant, European-inspired wines. Winemaker Roman Roth has led the winery from the start, crafting expressive Cabernet Franc and earning praise for his passion and precision in the cellar.

Founded in 2013 by Matthew Spaccarelli and Casey Erdmann, Fjord Vineyards is situated along the Hudson River in the Hudson Valley. Casey and Matthew craft elegant, sustainable wines that showcase the region’s unique microclimate and stunning landscape.

Founded in 1979 on Seneca Lake, Hermann J. Wiemer Winery is a pioneering estate recognized as one of the top producers in the Finger Lakes. The winery is Demeter-certified for biodynamic farming, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and vineyard management. Co-owner and winemaker Oskar Bynke has helped grow the winery’s vineyards and promote Cabernet Franc as a signature New York red, combining tradition with innovation to craft wines of distinction.
