Throughout the evening, vineyard representatives will share insider stories while Executive Chef Todd Ruiz presents a multi-course menu thoughtfully paired to highlight the elegance of New York State’s premier red wine.

Boundary Breaks is a Finger Lakes winery located on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake in Lodi, New York, specializing in Rieslings and Cabernet Franc wines. Founded by entrepreneur Bruce Murray, who planted 120 acres between two "boundary breaks".

Paumanok Vineyards, founded in 1983 and family-owned by Ursula and Charles Massoud and their sons, is a 127-acre estate on Long Island dedicated to crafting premium wines exclusively from estate-grown vinifera grapes. With a focus on quality and tradition, the winery produces under 12,000 cases annually and offers a welcoming tasting room and event space overlooking the vineyards.

Macari Vineyards, run by three generations of the Macari family, emphasizes the production of balanced, age-worthy wines on their 500-acre estate in Mattituck. Originally a potato farm, the vineyard, planted in 1995, thrives through the family’s commitment to sustainable and biodynamic practices, fostering a diverse ecosystem that cultivates some of the finest grapes on the East Coast.

Founded in 1988 by Christian Wölffer, Wölffer Estate is now managed by his children, Marc and Joey, along with Winemaker Roman Roth. Situated on 175 acres in Sagaponack, NY, the estate's sustainably farmed vineyard benefits from unique maritime conditions, which foster a signature style that is food-friendly and elegant, while the estate's commitment to innovation and tradition drives its winemaking practices.

Established in 1979, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard is a leader in Finger Lakes viticulture and winemaking, with 90 acres on the western slopes of Seneca Lake. Known for hand-harvested fruit and small-lot fermentation, their wines capture the region’s character through a blend of tradition and innovation. In 2023, the estate became the only vineyard and winery on the East Coast to earn Demeter Biodynamic certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming. Fun fact: the winery also operates a nursery and has seen record demand for Cabernet Franc vines — indicating a strong future for the grape in New York!

Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, founded in 1957 by Dr. Konstantin Frank, is renowned as the pioneer of the Eastern United States vinifera movement, spearheading a revolution in winemaking in New York. Nestled on the southwestern hills of Keuka Lake, the Frank family has infused four generations of expertise, emphasizing meticulous vineyard management and the legacy of producing high-quality wines that convey the essence of their land.

Milea Estate Vineyard, located in the Hudson Valley, is a leading New York winery known for its award-winning wines and commitment to sustainable farming practices. They offer a variety of wines, including those under the Milea Estate Vineyard and Papa Joe labels, with a focus on expressing the unique terroir of the Hudson Valley. Milea also provides a comprehensive hospitality experience, including a wedding venue, a wine club, and the Milea Miles rewards program.

Fjord Vineyards, founded in 2013 by Matthew Spaccarelli and Casey Erdmann, is a winery located in Milton, NY, in the Hudson Valley. They specialize in crafting sustainable wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region, particularly the influence of the Hudson River fjord on the local microclimate. The winery is known for its elegant and balanced wines, including a popular rosé made from estate-grown Cabernet Franc.
