COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
The Sea Spa at Congress Hall is excited to reopen and once again provide guests with relaxing treatments, healthy indulgences and simple pleasures from the sea. Please read our Safety Protocols, designed to keep your visit as safe and enjoyable and possible.
Reservations Required
Sea Spa cannot provide services to any clients without a pre-scheduled appointment that has been arranged by telephone or online; no walk-ins shall be permitted.
TELEPHONE HEALTH SCREENING
Sea Spa will screen with a list of questions via telephone twenty-four hours prior to your appointment. If you answer “yes” to any one of the screening questions, you will be advised that the appointment cannot take place and if you arrive at the premises, you will be sent home and not permitted to proceed with an appointment. You will not be charged for the appointment or a cancellation fee. If you respond "yes" to any of the questions, you are to be advised that no appointment can be scheduled for at least 72 hours after being symptom free, without having taken fever-reducing medication or before 14 days after exposure to a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 positive individual.
FACE MASKS REQUIRED
Spa guests are required to wear, at a minimum, a face covering always, except where doing so would inhibit your health. Clients are further advised that any individual refusing to wear a face covering, if not exempt, shall be denied entry to Sea Spa.
Temperature Check & Pre-Appointment Health Screening
When arriving for your appointment, Sea Spa will ask the screen with a list of questions again. You are required to submit to a no-contact forehead temperature check and wear, at a minimum, a face covering always, except where doing so would inhibit your health. Clients are further advised that any individual refusing to wear a face covering, if not exempt, shall be denied entry to Sea Spa.
Those with a temperature exceeding 100.4 degrees, along with individuals accompanying them, will be denied entry.
If you answer “yes” to any of the screening questions, you will be advised that the appointment cannot take place; you will be sent home and not permitted to proceed with an appointment. Sea Spa locker rooms, waiting rooms and amenities will remained closed. The Sea Spa Concierge will call you 5 minutes prior to the start of your service.
our enhanced cleaning protocols
Sea Spa is adhering to infection control guidelines by cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas routinely, after each use, and at the end of the day with disinfectants that are EPA–registered.
Sea Spa has implemented additional infection control measures to assure that all surfaces, stations, tables, rolling carts, chairs, head rests, arm rests, products on stations, and equipment are disinfected between clients.
Sea Spa has allocated sufficient time between appointments to ensure that there will be ample time for appropriate disinfection between clients.
All Sea Spa staff will wear face masks and gloves at all times.
