Along the way, you’ll learn what’s being harvested that week, how ingredients are selected for our kitchens, and how the rhythm of the farm shapes every farm-to-table dinner we serve.
You’ll sample produce straight from the ground, hear how dishes are built around peak flavor, and gain insight into how our regenerative practices influence both taste and technique—from soil health to harvest timing to the final plate. Set on our 62-acre working farm in West Cape May, this experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at the connection between land and kitchen, farmer and chef, season and table.
