We invite our Explorers behind the scenes at The Boiler Room for a culinary experience alongside the esteemed chefs of Congress Hall.

We invite our Explorers behind the scenes at The Boiler Room for a hands-on culinary experience alongside the esteemed chefs of Congress Hall. Participants will roll out the dough, prepare their own pizzas, and watch them bake in the brick oven. 

A sweet treat will round out the experience as young chefs explore new flavors and build kitchen skills to take home.
