Treat yourself to an exclusive weekend of culinary indulgence at the harborfront haven of Baron's Cove. Baron's Cove Executive Chef Nick Vogel has prepared a three-day feast, harnessing the finest produce that Long Island farms and fishermen have to offer.

Your adventure will begin with a Welcome dinner on your first night, the perfect entree your weekend. The next day, Chef Nick and his team will cook breakfast and lunch for you in the Restaurant, all-the-while preparing for the main event that evening: an elegant Chef's Table dinner, featuring a multi-course menu using ingredients from our farm and artisan partnerships across the East End. We've designed these dinners to be engaging and interactive, giving Chef Nick a platform to describe his menu and discuss the farm-to-fork ethos of his kitchen.
Your weekend break will culminate in a bountiful breakfast. "What goes on our menu is dependent upon the quality of the products and the season, and we stay true to that all year," says Chef Nick. "I'm really looking forward to the Chef's Table. I was always cooking with my grandmother and my mother and I have it instilled in me to always ask people if they’re hungry and to take care of them." In between these curated feasts, take the time to explore the charming village streets of Sag Harbor. And, using Baron's Cove as your base, explore all that the Hamptons have to offer.




about the chef
Chef Nick Vogel grew up in the restaurant business. His family operated a bar in Philadelphia and he learned how to cook from his mother and grandmother. He went on to gain experience in bartending, serving and restaurant management. And although he tried a different path in life—graduating with a degree in finance from Coastal Carolina University and working briefly in that world—the allure of cooking quickly drew him back in. Nick worked as a line cook at the acclaimed Ebbitt Room in Cape May, NJ and as a farmhand at nearby Beach Plum Farm. After nearly three years as a chef in Washington, DC, he headed north to Sag Harbor, NY, taking over the kitchen at Baron's Cove.

The Fall Harvest

As the days get shorter and the air turns crisp, join us at Baron’s Cove for a Fall Harvest Chef’s Table weekend. From carrots to chard, bok choy to pumpkin — autumn brings a special yield to the Hamptons, and Chef Nick Vogel has worked with local farmers to bring East End fall flavors to your fork.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Available November 25th – 28th

Give thanks at Baron's Cove with an abundant all-inclusive Thanksgiving weekend. We'll begin our celebration with a welcome dinner on Wednesday night, followed by a full Thanksgiving feast on Thursday featuring fresh and local ingredients.

The Winter Harvest
