Regular visitors to Cape May are used to being spoiled with the freshest seafood. Our 62-acre Beach Plum Farm, will spoil you with farm-fresh produce. The Ebbitt Room, Blue Pig Tavern and Rusty Nail are all served by the farm, which is less than 2 miles away from the restaurants.

Right now, and the number is growing all the time, more than 100 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown and harvested for the restaurant's kitchens. Three mornings a week, fruit and vegetables are hand-picked at the farm and delivered so our chefs can develop daily menu specials around them.

Introducing Beach Plum Farm Cottages

Come home to Beach Plum Farm, where alarm clocks are the sounds of the rooster crowing and every night the stars put on a show. It’s amazing to think that this 62-acre farm is located just two miles away from Cape May’s famed historic district, shopping, and dining. The Cottages at Beach Plum Farm provide a singular experience, set apart from the buzzy downtown but steps from the vast expanses of crops that make their way from the fields to the tables of Cape Resorts’ Restaurants.

Each cottage strives to provide an authentic, farm house experience mixed with modern comforts. These cozy homes come with fully equipped kitchens. Use farm fresh produce to create a meal on the Italian, industrial grade stove. Dishes and silverware are provided, as well as a high-end dishwasher for easy clean-up. A full-sized refrigerator is both practical and whimsical, modeled after a 1950s ice box. Each cottage also has the creature comforts of flat-screened TV’s and complimentary WiFi.

The cottages may sleep anywhere from eight to twelve guests, making them perfect for family reunions or a week- long vacation with friends. Rooms are also sold a-la-carte to accommodate smaller parties throughout the year. Enjoy all of the amenities of a typical Cape Resorts Vacation: bikes are available for guests to explore Beach Plum Farm’s back field or to take a ride down town. Beach towels are also available, and guests of the cottages have access to beach service and beach tent rentals at Congress Hall.

After a day exploring Cape May, lying on the beach and watching the sunset on the sunken ship, come back to the quiet, simple comfort of life on the farm. Stare up at the celestial wonder and take comfort in knowing that beneath the stars at Beach Plum Farm, you are home.
