Join us on May 16, 2015 for specials on clams, drinks, and clam-pitching fun!

The Beach Shack and Rusty Nail have been preparing all winter long for the most anticipated event of the season: the 4th annual Clam-A-Rama Clam Pitching Tournament on Saturday, May 16th, 2015. Join us on the beach in front of the Beach Shack and engage in a friendly competition against your friends, family, or some clam pitching pros!

Never played? No worries- we'll show you how before the pitching begins. Clam Pitching is a game that can be compared to Corn Hole or Horse Shoes. While those games are played at tailgates in anticipation of exciting sporting events, clam pitching is played in anticipation of an exciting summer in Cape May.

$35 tournament registration fee includes entry into the tournament, a 2015 Clam-A-Rama T-shirt, and a discount on your meal from the Rusty Nail.

Timing of this Event:

10:00 am Check in at the Rusty Nail

11:00 am Tutorial begins on the beach in front of the Beach Shack

12:00 pm Let the Clam Pitching begin!

Clam pitching is played in teams of two, but you can still register if you have an odd number in your party or are registering solo. Our team will be happy to find you a Clam Pitching pal.  The festivities will be continuing all day and night at the Rusty Nail with clam specials, drink specials, and live entertainment.

To register for the event, please call (609) 884-6583. There are a limited number of spots available in the tournament, so please book in advance.
