Join us at The Ebbitt Room for a curated dinner featuring grass fed beef from the Rosenkranz Farms in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This dinner will feature organic beef cooked and seasoned to compliment the various taste profiles of locally crafted beer. The beef has a true free range flavor that pairs so well against the hops in beer. Different beers have flavor progression, just like wine, and each course will play against those flavors harmoniously.
