Nose to Tail Dinner
With the arrival of spring comes the first harvesting of Beach Plum Farm’s own Berkshire Hogs. To be held on Friday, April 11th a “Nose to Tail” dinner will mark this occasion with a menu honoring the animal in its entirety. Each course will feature a different part of the pig accentuated with fresh farm produce and modern technique.
