Come out and dine “green” as Cape May Forum partners once again with Congress Hall and Slow Food South Jersey Shore for our Annual Slow Food Dinner. Congress Hall’s Farm-to-Table expert, Executive Chef Jeremy Einhorn, will craft this unique dining experience, with the freshest ingredients from Beach Plum Farm, JAH’s Creation Organic Farms, and other local sources. Join us in the Ballroom for a five-course dinner, beginning with appetizers of locally made cheeses and baked breads, and a raw-bar of fresh Cape May Salts from Delaware Bay, provided by Atlantic Fisheries. A cash bar will be available. Ticket price is $60, with proceeds to benefit Cape May Forum programs and scholarships.
