Congress Place Suites

Located in the heart of Historic Cape May, just one block from Perry Street Beach, the Congress Place suites are newly renovated, fully equipped, apartment-style rooms.  The suites are Congress Hall’s newest sister property, featuring the same fresh, cool blue tones and whimsical seaside décor characteristic of a Congress Hall experience. Sitting above the quaint Washington Street Shops, these second story suites provide unmatched views of Congress Hall, Carpenter’s Lane, Washington Street Mall, and Perry Street.  Bright, sunny picture windows let the light in and provide the ideal frame for people watching, or gaining a unique perspective on the historic town of Cape May.  The Deluxe and Superior Suites include a balcony: a perch for watching sailboats or fireworks on the Fourth of July. The Congress Place Suites are the only accommodations located on Cape May’s celebrated Washington Street Mall.

While the suites are located a few feet away from Cape May’s finest restaurants, all four come with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, counter top, sink, dishes and supplies. Enjoy breakfast in the dining area before heading out for a day of adventure. In the separate living area, a sleeper sofa allows for additional guests or a comfy spot to watch movies on the flat screen TV. Bring the whole family, or plan a weekend getaway for friends- portable inflatable beds are available in all of the suites.

As guests of Cape Resorts, those staying in the Congress Hall Suites will enjoy all of the amenities of Congress Hall. Guests are provided with complimentary WiFi and Cable, access to Congress Hall’s pool, full beach service, as well as chairs, towels, and umbrellas on the beach.  Plus, the suites are just steps away from Congress Hall’s relaxing Sea Spa, brick oven Pizza in the Boiler Room, and the classic-American comfort food of the Blue Pig Tavern.

Check-in and Checkout takes place just steps away, across the street at Congress Hall’s front desk. Complimentary valet parking is also conveniently provided by Congress Hall, sister property of Congress Place Suites.  Please note that there are no elevators in the Congress Place Suites, and rooms may only be accessed by stairway.
